The Fit and Fun game has finally provided a way for people to enjoy exercise again. As a physical education / health instructor for over 20 years, it is exciting and inspirational to see creative games like Fit N Fun being developed for people of all ages! The game allows participants a FUN alternative to fitness rather than traditional forms of fitness, that can sometimes be discouraging to people. Fit N Fun also allows players to oversee pace and intensity which creates a feeling of accomplishment as players progress! The best part to me is that the game is spontaneous in the way it can change on every roll providing variation for the players every time it’s played. It’s also a great game to offer as an alternative form of conditioning during sports training.
There are countless studies that indicate exercise has numerous positive effects on physical and mental health. Fit-N-Fun games are a tool and game to get children and adults exercising and having fun. The important part of exercise and physical activity is getting people moving.
Fit-N-Fun games have been introduced into some physical education classes in Wisconsin. One of the main benefits for Fit-N-Fun games allows the teens to decide what exercises to do with the roll of a dice, not the teacher telling them what to do. Total fan! I am not much of a gym person so finding challenging and fun workouts I can do at home with friends has been an ongoing process. An excellent solution is Fit N Fun Games Bootcamp Edition! We loved that the workout is never the same twice and that people of various fitness levels can participate. The game can be extremely challenging too and best of all it was hilarious! We may have laughed harder and expended even more energy than the work out itself! The game is portable so it is perfect to bring to a friend’s house, take it to the lake or even to the beach.
I love it when I can play a sport or a game like Fit N Fun that I enjoy and get a workout without feeling like it is a chore. Occasionally I get vertigo and have to take it easy, so I can adapt the exercises to make sure I don’t get dizzy and make things worse. I feel like you can make this game as hard or as easy as you want by just adapting each exercise to suit your ability and fitness level. Give it a try and see for yourself!
My mom made our family play this workout game for Mother’s Day. I didn’t want to, and thought it would be lame. I was surprised by what a good workout I actually got, and loved the competitiveness of the challenges (most of which I won).
I have to say I was intimidated to try bootcamp classes, so I liked that I could play this by myself. The demo exercises they have on their website made it easy for a newbie to learn bootcamp. I was able to modify it for my ability, and feel like I will soon be able to do the exercises without modification. I invited friends to play it on a girl’s weekend, and everybody loved it.
It was a great overall workout and the time flew by because it was so entertaining. I loved all of the different exercises. I can feel muscles that I have obviously not used in awhile. You will really enjoy the game.
SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!
My spouse and I had an opportunity to play this game with friends prior to it being made publicly available and it was a welcome change from your typical board game at home. We are both pretty active individuals, however, had not performed many of the exercises which the game has the players do in many years and it was very fun(ny)! I did not win but I loved remembering what some of the exercises were, how to do them, and enjoyed laughing at those of us playing the game grind through trying to beat the others. It was great. For those with a competitive spirit this game is for you!!
The next day I was feelin’ it too which I also loved!!

I got the chance to try the Fit-N-Fun bootcamp game while it was still in the making. Having been an active person for my whole life and a college athlete, I was really excited to hear about this idea and to try it. I was refreshed to see a new idea and concept for fun ways to be active. My excitement was not disappointed when I actually tried the game. The game incorporates both individual work, teamwork, and competition. It also includes exercises of all types to get a good full body workout in. One thing I thought was really great about the game is the ability for the participants to modify and control the pace of the game to match the fitness level of the group. I felt challenged athletically, enjoyed the presence of accountability partners and competition, and loved how each workout will be unique with every game.
I loved this workout game. It left me sore for a few days afterward (in a good way) and had fun challenges. This is the perfect game to do with friends and family! I highly recommend it for being challenging, yet fun. You will definitely get a good workout with this game!
I loved how challenging yet flexible the game was. You can modify to your fitness level and everyone has a chance to win no matter what track you choose to play. I also enjoyed that everyone plays at their own pace while still being competitive. I got an amazing workout while just having fun with family and friends! I recommend it to any and all ages and fitness levels.
I have tried both the Fitness Track and the Fit Extreme Track. I like that every time you play the game, it’s never the same workout twice. I’ve done many workout programs and get easily bored knowing what is coming up next. Not with Fit N Fun bootcamp! Every roll of the dice will leave you guessing what’s next.
This would be a great workout for beginners up to athletes. I love that you can modify the moves depending on your fitness level and still have a chance to win the game if you’re competitive!
The breaks in the game provide a nice chance to rest and the challenges in the game are challenging indeed!
The two times I’ve tried the bootcamp, the workout was around an hour, with four people. It left me feeling accomplished, out of breath and very sweaty (all of which are great things to be after a great workout)!!
I look forward to working out with this again and again. Not only was it really fun, it was a great workout combining weightlifting, cardio and HIIT!
This is a fun, fast-paced and challenging game to play with family and friends. I am always looking for fun games to play with my grandkids and a game that will keep them off their phones.
